Nigeria is OPEC's largest producer of light crude oil. Her crude oil can be classified into two: Sweet Crude and Light Crude and these crude oil both have little sulfur contents.Nigerian Crude oil is popularly referred to as Bonny Light.The other grades of thr Nigerian Crude are Brass River, Escravos Blend,Pennington Anfan amongst others.
Currently, the United States of America is one of the biggest countries of the world that imports Nigerian Oil.Nigeria currently supplies 10% of USA oil imports and makes up 40% of Nigerian exports.
There are currently 6 petroleum depots in Nigeria and all owned by Multi natioanl companies. These countries includes Shell, Chevron and mobil
